This month invites us to come home to ourselves — to slow down, soften, and connect with the parts of ourselves that are asking for deeper care and acknowledgement. The Taurus Beaver Supermoon brings a longing for steadiness and comfort, while the Scorpio New Moon later this month stirs transformation in the more subtle layers of our hearts and bodies.

Lately, I’ve been noticing old patterns resurfacing — those familiar whispers of self-doubt and “not-enoughness,” mixed with frustration around how my body is changing through perimenopause. Instead of always resisting them, more often I’ve been asking: How might these stories be showing up for me? What if I could meet them with curiosity, compassion, and a little more trust in the wisdom unfolding through me?

As the holiday season nears, I’ve been reflecting on how I want this time to feel — more grounded, intentional, and aligned with who I am now.
This is the spirit behind this month’s practices: to help us pause, release what’s heavy, and renew our inspiration.

In this month’s blog, you’ll find the Exhale of Release & Inhale of Renewal Meditation Ritual, thoughts on the Metal Element’s wisdom of letting go, and gentle Akashic journaling prompts to release what's heavy and outdated and renew your mind, body, and spirit.

Honoring the Pause: The Metal Element’s Call to Clarity and Care 
As autumn settles in, nature teaches us the quiet beauty of release, of shedding, of setting down. The trees surrender their leaves with ease, and the crisp air reminds us that letting go is part of life’s natural rhythm. In the Five Element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Energy Medicine Yoga, this season aligns with the Metal element, which governs the lungs and large intestine—the organs of breath and release.
Metal energy invites us to exhale what we no longer need—old emotions, patterns, or grief—and open space for clarity, inspiration, and renewal. When we release gently, we restore flow to both body and spirit.


Mantra for November:
*With each exhale, I release what no longer serves me. With each inhale, I welcome clarity, courage, and renewal.*
Let this mantra move through you as a breath practice—softly repeating it with each inhale and exhale. Feel how your body responds to the rhythm of release and restoration. 

Journaling Prompt
> What am I ready to release to feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned with who I’m becoming?
 Notice what arises without judgment—old patterns, emotions, or ways of being—and gently thank them for what they taught you before letting them go.

> Try this Energy Medicine Yoga - Metal Element Hold to release excess grief, and support letting go with trust: 
  • Place one hand on the crown of your head and the other over your forehead.
  • Inhale through the nose, slowly and deeply.
  • On each exhale, make a “Ssssss”sound through the mouth, imagining layers of tension or sadness melting away.
Continue until you feel a sense of spaciousness and ease.

This month, let the Metal element guide you to:

Meditation Ritual

A November Practice for Softening, Surrender, and Spacious Clarity

🌿 Setting the Space
Before you begin, choose a quiet and private space. Gather your crystal and plant allies (below), then settle in and get comfortable.
> Crystals:  Lepidolite for soothing emotional currents, Selenite for clearing, and White Howlite for peace and patience.
> Essential oils:  Eucalyptus, Frankincense, and Cypress — together they open the lungs, center your spirit, and help release what’s ready to go.

> Diffuse a few drops of Eucalyptus and Cypress, or add them to a bowl of warm steaming water nearby. Let the scent gently rise and mingle with your breath — fresh, cleansing, and expansive.
> Place Lepidolite over your heart and White Howlite in your palm. Keep Selenite close, as a wand or stone to clear your field later.

🕊️ The Breath Offering Ritual
This meditation unfolds as a living ritual — a simple, sacred act of connection between your body, breath, and spirit. Step outside if you can, or open a window to invite fresh air. Feel the crispness of November — the way the air carries both endings and beginnings.

🌬️ 1. Begin with Awareness
Close or rest your eyes with a soft gaze.
 Feel the rise and fall of your breath — without changing anything yet.
Notice how the air enters your body — cool, clear, alive.
 Notice how it leaves — warm, carrying the imprint of what you no longer need.
Let this awareness be your first act of release: simply noticing what’s ready to go.

🌫️ 2. The Exhale of Release
Now, take a slow, deep inhale through the nose… and exhale through the mouth with a soft sigh — like the sound of leaves drifting gently to the ground.
As you exhale, imagine, sense, or feel the energies of tension, heaviness, or grief leaving your body and field. Let it dissolve into the air around you, offered back to the Earth for transformation.
Repeat this breath several times, feeling your chest grow lighter and more expansive with every exhale.
You might whisper softly:  I release what is complete. I exhale with love.
If emotion rises, allow it. Tears, sighs, or warmth are signs that energy is moving — that your lungs are doing their sacred work of letting go.

✨ 3. The Inhale of Renewal
After a few rounds of release, turn your attention to the inhale — a fresh current of clarity and light. Imagine, sense, or feel yourself drawing in soft, luminous energy — perhaps warm and golden, or silver-white in color.
 Feel it as it fills your lungs, expands through your ribs, and spreads into your heart space.
As you inhale, silently affirm: I breathe in renewal. I receive ease, peace, and well-being.
If you wish, anoint your heart or throat with a touch of Frankincense — letting its sacred scent remind you that every breath is a prayer of rebirth.

🕯️ 4. Seal with Stillness
When you feel complete, hold the Selenite (or simply use your hands) and sweep it gently around your heart and shoulders — clearing away any remaining heaviness and sealing your aura with clarity and grace.
Place both hands over your heart. Feel the steady rhythm beneath your palms --
 the meeting point of your inhale and exhale, your release and renewal.
Whisper to yourself: With each breath, I return to balance. With each exhale, I am lighter.  With each inhale, I am restored.

🌕 Optional Closing Gesture
If you’re outside, offer a gentle exhale toward the sky — a breath of gratitude for what has been released and what has been renewed.  You might place your White Howlite stone on the ground or windowsill for a few hours, letting it absorb the calm of the earth as you integrate your own.

💫 Integration
Afterward, take a sip of warm water or herbal tea. You may wish to meditate or journal with the following reflections.
 Akashic Reflections:
  • What did I notice myself releasing, shedding, setting down?
  • How does renewal feel in my body today?
  • What truth, clarity, or insight emerged as I softened into breath?​

October is a month of release, balance, and intuitive guidance. As autumn deepens and the air turns crisp, the Aries Full Moon illuminates what’s ready to be released, the Libra New Moon invites us to plant seeds of harmony, and Halloween opens a mystical doorway to ancestral wisdom and energetic insight. This is a season to clear what no longer serves you, root deeply into your body and nervous system, and align with your soul’s next chapter. Below, you’ll find EMYoga practices, an October Meditation Ritual, Akashic journal prompts, and gentle energy tools—all designed to support you in moving through October with clarity, calm, and soul-aligned intention.

> Embracing the Metal Element: Releasing Grief and Finding Inspiration in Autumn
Autumn is a season of transition—a time when the world naturally begins to slow down, leaves fall, and the air carries a crisp sense of letting go. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this seasonal energy aligns with the Metal element, which governs the lungs and large intestine. Beyond the physical, Metal energy is associated with release, clarity, discernment, and emotional purification, particularly around grief, sadness, and what no longer serves us.
Just as trees shed their leaves to make room for new growth, we're also invited to release excess emotional weight and energies, making space for clarity, insight, inspiration, and renewal. The Metal element encourages us to let go with grace, trust the natural cycles of life, and open ourselves to new beginnings.
One simple, effective practice from The Energy Medicine Yoga Prescription by Lauren Walker allows you to gently release grief while soothing the nervous system:
Release Excess Grief: Metal Hold
  1. Place one hand on the crown of your head and the other over your forehead.
  2. Take several slow, deep breaths, allowing your body to soften and settle.
  3. On each exhale, make a soft “Ssssss” sound, imagining emotional tension or grief gently melting away.
  4. Continue as long as it feels good, noticing the space and lightness that emerges.

Balance and Becoming: An October Meditation Ritual with Crystal & Plant Allies
Set Your Space
Begin by anointing your wrists or diffusing Clary Sage to invite intuitive clarity, Cedarwood for grounding protection, and Mugwort or Frankincense to open the channel between worlds. These plant allies create a sacred container—earthy, expansive, and ready to hold your deepest stillness.

Begin
Find a comfortable seated or lying position. Close your eyes and take a slow, steady breath in. Exhale with a soft sigh, allowing your body to settle and release. Feel your shoulders drop, your jaw unclench, and your spine lengthen—making space for ease, flow, and your inner guidance.

Body Scan
Bring your awareness from the crown of your head slowly down to your toes. Notice where tension or holding patterns linger. With each exhale, imagine these areas melting and softening—your breath clearing space for balance and renewal. Rest here a few breaths, inviting calm into every cell.

Invite the Connection & Ask
From this stillness, call in your Wise Inner Self, Divine Source, and Ancestors of the Highest Light. Feel their loving presence surrounding you. 

Ask:
  • What whispers of guidance am I hearing from within—and how can I trust them more fully?
  • Where do I feel out of balance—and what gentle practices might restore harmony?
  • What ancestral or soul wisdom feels ready to come forward this season?
 Let images, sensations, or quiet knowing arise without judgment, without editing, or needing to make sense of them.
Weaving Source Energy
Visualize a soft, luminous current of Source energy flowing through your body, weaving light through your heart, mind, and spirit. Imagine/feel/sense it filling your body and field with energies of unconditional love, balance, harmony, ease, peace, well-being, and abundance of all good things. 

Crystal Intention Integration
Hold your chosen crystal ally--Labradorite for intuitive clarity, Smoky Quartz for grounding and nervous system calm, or Moonstone for emotional balance and cyclical wisdom.
As you hold it, imagine/feel/sense/intend for the Highest Light Source Energies to fill the crystal, invoking balance, harmony, and peaceful alignment. Feel the crystal pulsing in resonance, amplifying these energies and anchoring them deep into your body and field.

Closing & Anchoring
Take a few final deep breaths, allowing these energies to settle within. Offer gratitude for the plant and crystal allies, your Spirit Team, and your Inner Being/your Self.
When you’re ready, open your eyes and return with clarity, steadiness, and renewed harmony.

September is a month of thresholds.
We move from the fullness of summer into the grounding embrace of autumn. School schedules, shifting routines, and shorter days remind us that structure and rhythm are returning. This September brings not only the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces and a Virgo New Moon Partial Solar eclipse, but also the Autumnal Equinox—a sacred turning point of balance.

This is a month to reset, realign, and return to what nourishes body, mind, and spirit. Below you’ll find practices, Akashic Journal Prompts, essential oil blends, and crystal allies to support you through each cosmic moment and the energies of this month.

🌕🔮 Blood Moon Eclipse Ceremony: Surrender & Emotional Clarity
September 7, 2025 – Pisces Lunar Eclipse
The Blood Moon Eclipse in Pisces calls you inward, inviting you to soften into emotional truth and surrender illusions. This is a moon for deep release—a chance to let go of what feels heavy, foggy, or out of alignment, making space for clarity and flow.
You’ll Need:
  • A candle (white, silver, or red) or incense or sage/palo santo
  • Journal + pen
  • Small slip of paper
  • Fireproof dish or candle plate
  • Mystical Add-ons: A bowl of water, moonstone, labradorite and/or amethyst, calming incense or essential oils (lavender, clary sage, frankincense)

The Blood Moon Ceremony:
  1. Create Sacred Space
    Light your candle and, if you wish, place a bowl of water nearby to represent Pisces’ emotional depth. Take three deep breaths, imagining yourself wrapped in a cocoon of soft, protective light.
  2. Name What’s Ready to Be Released
    Gently journal what feels full, foggy, or overdue for emotional clarity. On your slip of paper, write down one or two patterns, fears, situations, or experiences you’re ready to release.
  3. Release with Fire
    Hold the paper to your heart, thanking these experiences for what they’ve taught you. Carefully burn the paper and place the ashes in your dish, visualizing the smoke carrying your release into the universe.
  4. Cleanse & Surrender
    Dip your fingertips into the water and touch your forehead, heart, and hands. Whisper:

    “I give thanks and blessings to all that’s leaving. I invite ease, peace, and well-being to fill my body and field now. And so it is.”
  5. Close with Stillness
    Sit quietly for a few moments, inviting your intuition to speak. Write down any feelings or insights that surface. Extinguish your candle when you feel complete.

🌙 This eclipse is your invitation to pause, surrender, and create space for the new beginnings ahead.

🌑🌿 Virgo New Moon Eclipse Ritual: Planting Soul-Aligned Seeds
September 21, 2025 – Virgo Solar Eclipse
Two weeks after the Blood Moon’s emotional release, the Virgo New Moon Solar Eclipse opens the door for clear, grounded beginnings. Virgo’s earthy wisdom invites us to weave dreams into daily life through structure, rituals, and intentional steps forward.
You’ll Need:
  • A candle or incense or sage/palo santo
  • Journal + pen
  • A small pouch or envelope
  • A favorite crystal or 2 (clear quartz, citrine, and/or green aventurine), essential oils (cedarwood, rosemary, sweet orange
The New Moon Eclipse Ritual:
  1. Ground & Connect
    Light your candle and place your crystal near your heart. Take a few slow breaths, feeling your feet connected to the earth.
  2. Write Your Intentions
    In your journal, write down 1–3 clear, soul-aligned intentions for the next six months. Be specific, and keep them heart-centered.
  3. Anchor the Vision
    Copy your intentions onto a small piece of paper. Fold it and place it inside your pouch or envelope with your crystal, infusing it with love and trust.
  4. Create a Daily Anchor Practice
    Commit to a simple daily ritual— gentle breathwork, affirmation, or daily journaling—that supports these intentions. Virgo energy thrives on consistency.
  5. Seal with Gratitude
    Whisper:
    “I plant these seeds in trust. With care, structure, and love, they will flourish in perfect timing.”
  6. Keep Your Intention Bundle Close
    Place your pouch on your altar, nightstand, or carry it in your bag as a reminder of your vision.

🌏 Earth Element Wisdom for the Fall Equinox
In Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Five Element Theory, the Earth Element represents late summer and the seasonal threshold between summer’s fullness and autumn’s descent. At the Fall Equinox, we stand in perfect balance—day and night equal—before turning inward toward the darker, quieter half of the year.
The Earth Element invites us to ground, nourish, and center ourselves during this seasonal transition. It governs the Spleen and Stomach meridians, which relate to digestion—not just of food, but also of thoughts, experiences, and emotions. When Earth is balanced, we feel rooted, nourished, and at ease in our bodies. When imbalanced, we may notice worry, overthinking, fatigue, or a sense of being “ungrounded.”
This Equinox is a beautiful time to pause, digest the lessons of summer, and prepare all of our selves for the reflective months ahead.

🌍 Energy Medicine Yoga Practice: Earth Element Hold
When the nervous system feels overstimulated—whether from eclipse intensity, seasonal shifts, or busy routines—try this simple, soothing practice from Energy Medicine Yoga (Lauren Walker):
✨ Earth Element Hold (Palming the Eyes)
  1. Rub your hands together to generate warmth.
  2. Place your palms gently over your closed eyes.
  3. Breathe slowly, feeling your whole body settle.
  4. Stay here for 1–2 minutes, letting your nervous system reset and your energy rebalance.
This practice is especially powerful before bed, after long screen time, or anytime you feel scattered.

🌬 Grounding Practice: Box Breath
To soothe your nervous system and create calm & clarity:
  1. Inhale for 4 counts
  2. Hold for 4 counts
  3. Exhale for 4 counts
  4. Hold for 4 counts
Repeat for 3–5 rounds, at a pace that feels comfortable to you.  Feel your body settle and your energy reset.

🍂 Sept. 22: Autumnal Equinox
The equinox is the moment of balance—equal day and night, light and dark. It’s a seasonal pause to honor gratitude, integration, and harmony as we step into Autumn’s deeper, slower rhythm.

🍂✨ Fall Equinox Balance Blend:
For grounding, gratitude, and soulful reflection
  • 3 drops Cedarwood – for deep Earth connection and grounding
  • 2 drops Sweet Orange – to uplift and celebrate abundance
  • 2 drops Clary Sage – to calm and open intuition
  • 1 drop Frankincense – for spiritual clarity and sacred energy
  • 1 drop Ginger – for warmth, courage, and seasonal transition
💧 How to Use:
  • Add to a diffuser with water to create a cozy, grounding atmosphere.

The Sacred Pause Between Seasons: Tuning into Inner Rhythm

June holds a kind of quiet magic.
 It’s not quite the full blaze of summer, but no longer the soft unfolding of spring. It’s the threshold—the in-between. And for many sensitive, intuitive people, this time can feel... a little disorienting. The world might be speeding up—schedules, obligations, the pressure to “do it all” before summer flies by—but our inner wisdom often whispers something else entirely.
It invites us to pause. To soften.  To re-attune.
This threshold is not a place to rush through. It’s sacred. A moment to breathe between the exhale of spring's growth and the inhale of summer’s fullness. In the rhythm of the Divine Feminine, it’s the still point before the next wave.
If you’ve been feeling out of sync—foggy, overwhelmed, or like your energy doesn’t quite match the external pace—know that there’s nothing wrong with you. You’re just being called back to your natural rhythm.

A Sacred Practice: Reattune to Your Inner Season
Here’s a gentle ritual to help you return to yourself—your body, your breath, your inner cycles.
-Breath + Body Recalibration (5 minutes)
 You can do this sitting or lying down, ideally with one hand on your heart and one on your womb (or low belly).
Close your eyes. Feel the weight of your body supported by the Earth.
 Soften your jaw. Unclench your belly. Let your shoulders melt away from your ears.
Inhale through your nose for a count of 4
 I am arriving in this moment...
 Exhale slowly through the mouth for a count of 6
 ...and releasing all that is not mine to carry.
Repeat for 5-6 cycles, letting the breath be your anchor. With each round, imagine tuning the dial of your inner radio away from external noise... and back toward your own soul’s station.

How to Practice Ujjayi Breath:
Inhale slowly through your nose, gently constricting the back of your throat as if fogging up a mirror—but with your mouth closed. Exhale through your nose with that same soft throat engagement, creating a subtle ocean-like sound. Let the breath be steady, soothing, and rhythmic—like waves returning you to yourself.

No tools, no pressure—just presence. Just you.
Try it now, even for 2 minutes. Let your body feel the safety of your own care. 

Akashic-Inspired Reflection: The In-Between as Teacher
Ask yourself, open your Akashic Records, or journal with these gentle questions, as if speaking directly with your soul:
  • What is my inner season right now?
  • What am I being invited to pause and feel before moving forward?
  • If I slowed down and truly listened, what quiet truth would I hear?

June 20/21 marks the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and a moment of peak light. It’s a powerful time to honor what is being illuminated in your life—and what is ready to be burned away by the sun's clarity.
Mini Solstice Ritual:
Light a candle or sit outside in the morning or golden hour sun.
With hands on your heart, whisper:
 “I honor the light within and around me. I welcome clarity. I release what dims my shine.”

Divine Feminine Reset: Water + Rest

Try this:
 Run a cool foot soak, take a lake dip, or simply rest with a cool cloth on your neck. As you do, breathe in the energy of water—flowing, receiving, cleansing.
Whisper this to yourself:
 “I soften. I accept what is. I let life hold me.”
Allow rest, water, and stillness to be part of your sacred rhythm reset. You don’t need to be “on” or “productive” to be powerful. You’re already enough, just as you are.

Spring is a season of awakening, movement, and fresh possibilities. The energy of growth is everywhere—buds unfurling, rivers rushing, the world shaking off winter’s stillness. And just like nature, we, too, feel the pull to expand, dream, and step into something new.
But what if growth didn’t have to feel like a push or a hustle? What if we could stay deeply rooted while evolving, moving forward without losing our center?
In this blog, we’ll explore how to embrace change without overwhelm—so that your next chapter feels grounded, aligned, and easeful.
The Dance Between Grounding & Growth-
When we think of transformation, it’s easy to imagine big leaps—dramatic shifts, bold action, an all-or-nothing energy. But nature teaches us something different: true growth is steady, supported, and organic.
Think of a tree in early spring. Before its leaves burst open, its roots are doing deep, unseen work--drawing in nourishment, anchoring into the earth, ensuring that growth is sustainable. The same is true for us.
When we root deeply into stability, clarity, and inner wisdom, our expansion becomes strong, natural, and effortless. Instead of grasping or rushing, we allow change to flow from a place of ease and alignment.

Practices for Staying Grounded While Expanding-
Here are a few ways to cultivate inner stability while stepping into your next chapter:
🌿 Slow down before you speed up – Before rushing into action, take a moment to reset your energy and mind with a simple breathwork practice.
Try alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana):
  1. Sit comfortably and bring your right hand to your face.
  2. Use your thumb to gently close your right nostril and inhale slowly and deeply through your left nostril.
  3. Close your left nostril with your ring finger, release your thumb, and exhale through your right nostril.
  4. Inhale through your right nostril, then switch—closing the right nostril and exhaling through the left.
  5. Repeat this cycle for 1-2 minutes, allowing the breath to naturally balance your mind, body, and emotions.
This practice harmonizes your energy, so you’re moving from a centered and steady place rather than reactive urgency.
🌙 Tune into your body’s wisdom – Your nervous system is your greatest guide when navigating growth. If an opportunity, decision, or next step feels tense, frantic, or overwhelming, it’s a signal to pause and recalibrate. On the other hand, if it feels open, easeful, and aligned, it’s a sign of natural expansion.
One simple way to check in: place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Take three slow breaths and notice—does your body feel tight and resistant, or open and grounded?  Let your body’s response guide you.

✨ Strengthen your roots through ritual – When you feel unsteady, grounding into the Earth element can restore balance.

  1. Bring your palms over your eye sockets, with the heels of your hands resting on the cheekbones.

Refresh and Renew: Simple Steps for Energetic Space-Clearing

Creating a clear and vibrant energetic environment is essential for maintaining harmony in your home, office, or personal spaces. This guide combines Reiki, the Akashic Records, intentions, rituals, Sage or Palo Santo or incense, essential oils, and other mystical modalities for a holistic approach to space-clearing. 
I invite you to try this or your own version of this practice monthly, after big energy moments/conversations/experiences, before and after healing practices, and whenever you feel called to do so.
1. Tools for Clearing
Gather your tools based on personal preference and intention:
  • Reiki: Use hands-on techniques or distant symbols to infuse spaces with healing energy.
  • Akashic Records: Open the records of your space for guidance on specific energies that need clearing and any rituals to incorporate.
  • Sage/Palo Santo/Incense: Smudge sticks for purification. Be mindful to source sustainably.
  • Essential Oils: Diffuse oils like lavender, frankincense, or lemongrass, or create a spray by mixing oils with distilled water and a pinch of sea salt.
  • Crystals: Use selenite, black tourmaline, or clear quartz to amplify clearing.
  • Sound: Tibetan bowls, chimes, or even clapping hands can disrupt and shift stagnant energy.
2. Prepare Yourself
Before beginning any space-clearing practice, take time to center yourself:
  • Grounding: Sit quietly and take a few deep breaths. Visualize roots growing from the base of your body and the soles of your feet into the Earth, anchoring you. I like to do that/create grounding cords for all the spaces to be cleared, such as my home, my car, my treatment space, etc.
  • Call on Support: Invite your Reiki energy, Akashic Records guides, Healed and Thriving Ancestors/Ancestresses, Inner Being/Higher Self, Source, Spirit, Goddess/God, Divine Mother, Great Mother Earth, or whomever you like to work with, to assist in the clearing process.
  • Set an Intention: Decide what you want to achieve through the clearing. Examples: "I release stagnant energy" or "I welcome peace and joy." 
    • I like to pair a “releasing/clearing” intention with an “inviting/receiving” intention. For example, “I release all that’s no longer serving the highest good from these bodies (usually my body), fields, and spaces (my body/field, my home/field, the surrounding area, and my car/field) and send it to the Earth now to be recycled. In return, I fill these bodies, spaces, and fields with the highest light, highest good, unconditional love, wisdom, and abundance of all good things. Now. And so it is.”
3. Step-by-Step Ritual
Step 1: Open the Space
  • Open windows or doors to allow stagnant energy to leave.
  • Announce your intention aloud or silently. See above for a general idea of what I say/use, and feel free to put your own spin on it : ) Another example: “I invite light and love into this space and release all that no longer serves.”
Step 2: Smudging or Essential Oils
  • Light your Sage or Palo Santo or incense and allow the smoke to waft through the space. Focus on corners, closets, and areas that feel dense.
  • I like to hold an ashtray or tin foil or small bowl of salt underneath to catch the ashes and any embers - safety first!
  • Use a feather or hand to guide the smoke.
( Essential Oil Mist
  • Place several drops of your chosen essential oils on a tissue (or spray your chosen blend) and waft it around the air and objects. Pay attention to high-traffic areas or entryways.)
Step 3: (Reiki) Energy Clearing
  • Walk through the space, channeling Reiki energy. Use the symbols (e.g., Cho Ku Rei for power, Sei He Ki for emotional healing) to seal the intention.
  • *I like to set and activate a Cho Ku Rei bubble (before lighting the smudging sticks) by drawing the symbol in 6 directions and expanding it and/or activating several bubbles around the desired spaces/areas, such as my body, the room, my home, the surrounding area, and my car.
  • **If you’re not a Reiki or an official energy healing practitioner (really we’re all energy healing practitioners, whether trained, certified, or not): Visualize/imagine/sense/intend for a boundary bubble of light to surround the areas to be cleared and reset. Activate the light boundary by intending that only the highest light and that which belongs to that area may enter, all else must move along and/or be flushed down the grounding cord into the Earth for recycling and transmutation.
(Step 4: Akashic Records Inquiry
  • If working with the Akashic Records, ask your guides if there are specific areas that need extra attention. Journal any insights. I typically open my Records and request my Guides assistance for the energy clearing/resetting.)
(Step 6: Crystals and Sound
  • Place crystals in key areas to anchor the new energy.
  • Use sound tools to harmonize and uplift the energy. Move in a clockwise direction through the space.)
4. **Seal and Bless the Space
  • Visualize white or golden light filling the entire area.
    • This is important- to fill the space we cleared with what we want - fresh new energies of the highest light! (see above intention/invocation and adjust as you like!)
  • Express gratitude to the space, the tools, and any spiritual guides who assisted.
  • Close the windows and doors, symbolizing the containment of positive energy
5. Maintenance Practices
  • Daily: Spend a few moments sending Reiki or setting intentions for your space.
  • Weekly: Refresh the energy with essential oil sprays or sound tools.
  • Monthly: Perform a full clearing ritual, including smudging and Akashic Records work.
Tips for a Vibrant Space
  • Declutter regularly; physical clutter can trap energetic residue.
  • Add plants to purify and elevate the energy.
  • Incorporate personal symbols of joy and inspiration, like photos or artwork.
By integrating these practices, your space can become a sanctuary of peace, creativity, and alignment with your highest intentions.
